Next Week On General Hospital: August 26, 2019

As the Corinthos family gathers for a family event, things will get complicated for their friends. Liz will continue to hold onto hope that Franco will return to her but don’t look for Drewco to share that desire. The situation could lead to some food for thought from someone unlikely. Meanwhile, Valentin is prompted to take action when Nina and Michael learn the truth behind Sasha’s mysterious illness. Remember to watch General Hospital daily and set your DVRs!

There has been some comparison between Franco’s current state and Jason’s switch from Quartermaine to Morgan. The situations are different but both involve the men losing their pasts and being presented with a clean slate. And both situations involve a grieving family who adored them. While this is Franco and Liz’s story, I think it could also be used to generate story for Jason. It’s hard to see the other side of things sometimes and now Jason has the opportunity to be the observer for all parties involved.

Jason went from golden boy to stone cold killer after his car accident and it more of less destroyed his family. The Quartermaines’ push to regain the Jason they knew only lead to resentment from him. In the end, his parents had to learn to accept the fact that they weren’t getting their son back.

It would make sense that Jason would feel that Franco’s family, namely Liz, should learn to accept that Franco is gone. Liz isn’t going to do that though. She’s going to hold onto her husband no matter what. I’m curious to see if Jason will think she is doing the right thing or not. Reflecting on his past choices and how they changed his family could add some layers to Jason. It would be better story than the repeated search and rescue that we have gotten anyways.

I hate the Billy Miller has left the show! I’m so tired of the stars of the show leaving and when their new careers don’t take off they come back and destroy the storylines that have had to be written around their departures and then there coming back. It just gets so old

I’ve watched GH since senior year in high school. And it’s come down to Franco was the only one I liked anymore. And now they change him AGAIN. I haven’t actually watched the show since. Just read articles.

Not any worse than some of the other trash shows that come on TV. Whether you like it or not General Hospital has been on TV for 57 years. Millions of people watch it everyday. If you don’t like it don’t watch it.. By the way opinions are like assholes everybody has one

You I think GH is getting just too “way way out there” it’s like these writers haven’t got any ideas and just up and pull something from out of their butt, it’s silly far fetched nonsense’ try using more reality and common sense.after all this is the real world.

Can’t believe Francis storyline, hate it, let Elizabeth and Franco at least have a family fin with the kids and stop changing his character, also sonny and carly need some happiness in their lives

Welcome to reality people, I Liked Drew too but we have to agree that he hasn’t had his own story line for a while now . Time for him to move on. Be GRATEFUL GH didn’t kill him off ,they left the door open so he can come back. I just really HAPPY we still have GH on tv still. Let’s face it when ABC took off 2 of my favorite shows AMC and OLTL we all lost.
